Efficient and Ready to Cook in 18 Minutes The BIG HORN OUTDOORS wood pellet pizza oven is designed for swift preheating, reaching optimal cooking temperatures in just 18 minutes. This allows you to enjoy delectable Neapolitan-style pizzas in as little as 60 seconds.

Portable and Versatile Design Equipped with folding legs, this lightweight and compact pizza oven is perfect for tailgating, camping, or any outdoor gathering. Beyond pizza, it's great for cooking a variety of foods, such as steaks, fish, lamb chops, salmon, and flatbreads.

Ignition Guide for Effortless Operation 1. Ignite the hardwood pellets with an igniter or fire starter. Let them burn for about 3 minutes or until 2/3 of the pellets are lit, then place the fire box assembly into the back of the pizza oven. 2. After 5 minutes, gradually add pellets to the fuel hopper until it's full (approximately 16oz/450g). 3. Use an infrared thermometer to ensure the pizza stone and internal air temperature reach 300°C-350°C (about 18-20 minutes), then you're ready to start cooking. 4. Rotate the pizza every 5 seconds to prevent burning. 5. Add pellets one scoop at a time to maintain the temperature and flame. 6. Remove ash and dust from the ash tray every 30 minutes for optimal airflow and combustion. 7. Never pull out the hot pizza stone, as it may crack. Allow it to cool completely before removal.
